  • Opened Electronics and Computer Products: Returns for opened electronics, computers, and similar items may incur restocking fees of up to 100%, based on the condition of the returned item.

Upon receipt of returned electronics:

  • All items will undergo a condition assessment. Items showing excessive wear or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Process for Initiating a Return

Requesting a Return Authorization To initiate a return, contact support@sprygoods.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Approved returns will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany the returned item.

Packaging for Return

  • Items must be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage.
